Remote interpretation by Rafiky for DOCK-BI event

Remote interpretation service by Rafiky played a crucial role to keep getting people from all around the world connected to one another once again.
Tuesday, June 15, 2021: the international webinar “Development of connections between the key ports of Brindisi and Igoumenitsa“, organized by the Port System Authority of the Southern Adriatic Sea (AdSP MAM), was meant to discuss the feasibility of the project of a potential GEGT, which would see an enhanced link between Italy and Greece.
The Dock-Bi project has been funded by the Interreg VA Greece-Italy 2014/2020 program, which has the Asi Consortium of Brindisi as its leader and the Port System Authority of the Southern Adriatic Sea and the Municipality of Brindisi as Italian partners, and the Port Authority of Igoumenitsa and the Municipality of Igoumenitsa as the Greek ones.
During the course of the webinar, scholars and institutional public authorities took turns explaining the purposes, costs, opportunities, and other specifics of the territorial cooperation project. The goal is to modernize and improve the cross-border accessibility of the ports involved in the project (Brindisi and Igoumenitsa) while increasing maritime transport and tourism.
Thanks to our innovative software and smart solution, no matter from where or with which device, we managed to build strong virtual bridges across borders, among all the attendees to the event.
Rafiky provided its own platform and interpreters in order to make communication accessible and straightforward between participants of different languages and nationalities. The translation language combination provided for the webinar was Italian-English. The event was held entirely online virtually.
We thank Tecnocongress for choosing us and in particular, the linguist interpreter Vincenzo Streppone, who has performed his remote translation and interpretation service outstandingly.
