How much phone battery power does the Rafiky app use?
The app uses about 4-8% of your battery per hour.
What if someone calls me while I'm listening to the stream sound?
The stream is paused during the call (even WhatsApp, Viber, etc). After that, you can go back to the app and pick up where you left off.
The Rafiky app closes if I send a message or start browsing Internet while listening to audio stream?
No, the Rafiky app remains active. It can be comfortably listened to the event using other applications in the mobile phone.
When I open the app, it says “No scheduled events”. Why?
The wording “No scheduled events” appears when:
– There are no upcoming events
– The phone is connected to a different Wi-Fi network than the computer
– The computer app is not open yet
– No internet connection
